I. personal presentation : Each participant, who wants to take part in a meeting supported by public European grant should apply for participation and prove, that she / he is interested and engaged to take over responsibility for a successful meeting. Therefore the self presentation should be have the following structure : F O T O - which tells / sends a message ........ 1. personal dates :( fill also common participant list / in excel - table ) 1.1 pre- and surname 1.2. date of birth 1.3. passport number ( if invitation/visa ) is needed 1.4 adress 1.5. contacts : telefone home/mobil , e-mail
2. STUDIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS 2.1. study process school / high school / university / art academy 2.2. languages
3. SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF 3.1 interests / hobbies 3.2 experiences / volonteer engagements 3.3 ( maybe favourite singers and artists)

| III : PARTICIPANTS INTERVIEW IN THE BEGINNING OF THE MEETING |
During the first meeting / "plenum" of all groups we will give another possibility to influence the meeting processes . This time anonym, - you may write on little papers ( one paper for each point ) your ideas, expectations, hopes, aims and suggestions ….. A group will evaluate the hundreds of little papers and publish the result in the first days of the meeting. Then we will discuss, how these final proposals and offers could be integrated in the agenda . |
