competition In the frontend of the meeting KAJA presented the results of EUROPEAN EXPERIMENTS II  and the plans to realize the two projects "red funny line" and "picture gate" to Mr. Wolters, head of the REGIONALE 2004. As he was convinced to support the meeting, he proposed and additional project "sign at the channel" . The sign, which should present the spirit of the REGIONALE 2004, was developed by an international competition of the participating students , in the preparation time at home and during the first week of the meeting.

jury            after one week of the meeting, the jury ( Professors from Münster University of Applied Sciences, heads of Kulturspeicher , REGIONALE 2004 and KAJA as well as the head of the building administration of the city of Ibbenbüren ) came together. After the participants had explained their projects, the jury voted for " deconstructive triangle" from Andreea Torjoc (Timisoara / Romania ) and " Info- Pilonen" , international project from Magda Pelszyk, Ewa Skadlubowicz and Marcin Wawiernia to be placed on the two first places, area slices from Saulius Paliukas      ( Vilnius/Lithuania )on the second place and "connecting projects" from Dovile Martinaityte          ( Vilnius/Lithuania ) on the third place.
