Visit town  program organized by belorussian participants, among others visit of the partner institutions academy of arts/art college, then visit museums get to know Russian/ belorussian art, especial constructivism and sculpture in the public space

17:00  first meeting of all groups in Architecture faculty of BNTU Minsk. Presentation of each group, discussion /  interviews concerning expectations,  aims and last proposals  before start. Explaining the agenda and presentation of workshop-proposals by the workshop-leaders.

Architects (A): In the morning guided tour to get to know the architecture faculty of the BNTU. Option:  introduction of workshops with belorussian and german Professors  from TH Münster              ( Weischer and Herrenberger) . In the early afternoon meeting with professional architects and energy specialists as potential supporters of the PHOENIX- project

Artist (K): Visualization of all workshop offers, definite decision for the participation in single workshops and the beginning of the preplannings (material list - what to buy in Minsk ?).

Transfer of  groups to  Braslaw by  bus and cars of the group heads.Intermediate stops: 1^st : new villages of the "new Belorussians" before the gates of the city of Minsk.

2nd "Chathyn"  memorial of second world war. 3rd  ecological village for Chernobyl -- resettlers Lepel. Arrival in the KAJA camp at the UKLA - lake on the late afternoon. After  installation of tents getting to know camp – organisation/ infrastructure .

Sunday, July 24th, 2005 

Bus journey to Braslaw.  Visiting town  with finding alternative locations for the sculpture project. After:  visit the market.  Then continuation of the journey to the 25 km remote orphanary in Opsa.

Under leadership of  the head get to know the orhanary, especially the  outer  playgarden , inspection pieces of equipment with introduction to the workshop to develop a playground sculpture and a great collage for the inside area. On the return trip opportunity of taking a bath. The evening is

free for game and sports activities.

In the morning completion of the workshops and preparation of the presentation. The presentation starts with the sculpture project  A 1 in Braslaw at 4 p.m. To be continued  in the KAJA camp from of 6 p.m. on. In the course of an inspection of the area the sculpture projects are presented by the groups. Video presentations of the outer workshop in the orphanary Opsa as well as  highlights of the camp by the media AG

Last evening in the KAJA, camp with an international panel to which everyone contributes with dances, songs and spontaneous improvisations at the campfire.

deconstruction of the tents + infrastructure, cleaning the total area , giving back the camp area as we found it in the beginning. From  11 o'clock on return journey to Minsk. Stop in Polosk ,for supper and visit old monastery (perhaps another  intermediate stop to visit the area for the planned memorial place "valley of the memory"/Trostenets).

Arrival in Minsk from 20:00 on , overnight stay again in students home.

In the morning final works to prepare a little exhibition / fotodocumentation of workshops in KAJA camp at lake Ukla.

Parallelly preparation of final banquet  (bying of food/drinks and utensils for the feast)

6 p.m.: public  presentation for  partners from Belarus (among others national youth organization RADA),  cooperating partners      ( BNTU /art college …) , invitation of the friends and sponsors of the organization KAJA, the representative  of ministry -                        ( departments education -- / building -- / culture), and the architect association as well as the press and TV.

8 p.m. farewell banquet  with toasts (!)

Toward noon, after the relaxation of the farewell party  the final  end plenum / discussion . Begin of evaluation : compare aims / proposals and expectations from the beginning  with the results of the meeting. carried out with a first evaluation in the KAJA. Appointments for the further evaluation period at home  ( deadline :30. 09.2005 for sending materials to KAJA West

In the afternoon free time for  buying food and other goods for travel back home

From 5:00 p.m. on during evening and in the night first groups travel home by  train or bus .
