BY / I I I  Educational workshops

Besides the national evenings there will be organized different educational workshops for the evenings, which are directly connected with the art workshops .The “EDUS” also will be organized by participation of all groups in preparing the workshops at home.

BY / III A :  border experiences - Bylorussian minorities in Lithuania and Poland , Polish and Lithuanian minorities in Belarus. Role of young people in the minority organisations, how they live, support the promotion of European values and join the agenda: new relations EU and Belarus ?! – after establishing an EU office in Minsk ! 

BY /  III B :  Who owns the Public European space ? More than art in public European spaces : documentation of  the whole spectrum of implementation strategies of  creating sculptures for public spaces in different European countries, so that the forms of participation in a civil society , the chances and problems with the public design in the European regions become transparent and can be evaluated for the own project . This also as a base for the intercultural comparison, the more or less involvement of civil society in the different countries

BY / III C : signs and symbols of youth cultures in Europe. This workshop will be connected with the artificial workshop BY/ID:"E 30", a roundabout - project in Minsk along the European Highway E 30.Participants are invited to show a collection of fotos, which could express the ( youth- ) cultural identity of the participating countries

BY / III D : Vilnius -European Culture Capital 2009 Introduction of concepts , implementation and visibility of art - and youth projects of the culture capital activities, presented as a part of  Lit/ II  2:   Lithuanian evening

BY / V : intercultural events

BY / V  1 – 4 :  national evenings Germany, Poland, Russia and Belarus , Lithuanian evening in Vilnius.     

It could start as "national day / morning" : wake up in national language, typical breakfast habits ( if Italians would have participated, we would have got "aperitivo" /alcohol in the morning at 11:00 :- ).

• Regionally - typical meals - you should bring specialities you can not buy in Belarus !

• my European region : An own made foto / video - presentation of  youth scene / maybe with interviews ? other forms of youth culture / special events / influence +programs of European Union, all should express the indentity of your region.

• my contry : important artists on European level ( participating in Biennale Venice or documenta Kassel ).

• special focus on "participation projects" like ours

• Please no touristic advertisement!.

• "proud on" - show : 5 reasons(fotos) to be proud on my region/country and 5 reasons ( fotos) for the oposite.

• after : songs, dances, ironic performances regarding the customs of my region and homecountry

• final : DVD - typical film or music /pop concert
