This pure artistic installation could be created on the great parking lot of the Kulturspeicher. We can try out here unbound and free, - without consideration on design handicaps of the traffic planners and freed from functions in the context of the traffic roundabout context- provocative objects to the topic mobility and interruption in Europe. Counter-worlds can be designed, obstacles piled up and lured in dead ends.
