Meter rules, children like to play with, shall become extended gigantic as if  Claas Oldenburg would have created them. Several scales are formally and  regarding the content set in a relation with each other. Instead of the numbers European values, standardizing scales and other pictures/objects have to be found and connected in European diversity, transmitting  European identity.
