Visualization of European Twin town relationships : A project e.g. for the city of Rheine which recently was awarded to the partnership medallion for it`s Europe - political engagement. Concerning Ibbenbüren, young people from the Dutch twin town Hellendorn and the Eastern German twin town Roßlau shall be invited for participation. Concerning the district “Kreis Steinfurt” , who is connected with the district Telsiai in Lithuania,  a project could be developed , which symbolizes O the partnership. Therefore the Lithuanian partnergroup should integrate some parrticipants from the district Telsiai. How the European participation dimension could be expressed artificially, - beyond the  collection of  the coats of arms of the twin towns ?
