3. participation in preparation meeting at home to develop proposals for workshops and prepare : |

3.1. national presentations = DVD / CD – Video ( best: own production of participants ! ) to present a collage – from the point of view of youth !! – of own institution, town, region, culture ( no touristic advertisement ! ), actual vanguardistic art and architecture, problems/discussions |
| 3.2. national evenings ( video presentations, performances, theatre / songs / dance ) |

4.
participation in all workshops / events during meeting

5. participation in documentation day by day diary of own workshopgroup or national group,- handwritten during meeting / final text by mail till one month after meeting.

6. after the meeting : 6.1. elaborating own evaluation of the 6.2. description of own contributions / participation in workshops 6.3. participation in elaborating posters of workshop – processes / - results

contribution of participants:
due to the grant of the EU Commission only 30 % of travel costs |
30 % of travel costs, but not more than 100 EUROS per person.
