from Lwiw to Tekytscha |
searching for the camp site
another task was to the excursion to the Carpathian Mountains and to have a look at the different places, where the summer camp could take place. The best spot we found in Tekytscha, about 250 KM from Lwiw away. The mayor of the little village with 700 inhabitans was proud to invite the European summer- guests to use his ground and infrastructure for the camp and the workshop. All important points concerning providing the camp with food, technique and material were discussed , so that Compass and KAJA agreed to the conditions , which will be improved in the next months up to our needs ( electricity , water , more toilets....) Maybe someone has an idea to build a solar -shower also in summer the water of the river will be very cold ! |

| idea for a sub - camp in Berestetschko | back in Lwiw, we got another offer : another beautifull place in the high Carpathians , in Beresteschko, about 30 KM far away from Tekytscha. As it seemed, that there was not enough infrastructure and connections to provide a camp with up to 50 participants, we discussed the idea, if little groups coud use the spot and the house for some days and for special workshops. Of course all participants should have a look during the weekend excursion. Our freinds from Compass will check now the conditions | ||||
